Different leaders need different things. Here's where I help.
If you already know you need someone like meā¦
Most experienced leaders come looking for help with outcomes that are proving harder to realise than they expected.
The organisation knows where it wants to go, but priorities are competing for attention.
Decisions take longer than they should.
Teams are working hard, but effort isn't always translating into progress.
The organisation already contains plenty of expertise, commitment and experience; more often, the challenge is connecting intent, decisions, delivery and adoption into a coherent whole.
I work in this space. I help leaders:
translate strategic intent into practical action
create visibility where complexity is obscuring progress
organise decision-making and accountability
connect delivery activity with meaningful organisational change
ensure initiatives land, not simply launch
If you've sponsored programmes, transformations or major organisational change before, you'll probably recognise these challenges immediately.
If you're leading an increasingly complex Organisationā¦
As organisations grow and attempt larger changes, the challenge becomes less about doing the work and more about aligning the system around it. You may find yourself asking:
Why do strategic priorities keep competing with day-to-day operations?
Why do transformation initiatives make sense on paper but struggle to gain momentum in practice?
Why does change stall when it moves beyond a small group of supporters?
Why are teams interpreting the same vision, programme or objective in different ways?
Why do projects keep addressing symptoms while the underlying issues remain unchanged?
Why are people working hard on transformation, yet delivering less impact than expected?
Why do important decisions keep being revisited halfway through delivery?
Why does agreement in workshops fail to translate into action afterwards?
Why do some parts of the organisation embrace change while others resist it?
Why do implementation timelines continue to slip despite strong teams and capable leaders?
Why are different parts of the organisation optimising for different outcomes?
These questions aren't typically solved by working harder, adding more governance, or producing another plan. They require a different view of the organisation as a system of people, decisions, priorities, incentives and behaviours.
That's often where much of my work becomes useful.
I help leaders and teams step back from the immediate pressure of delivery and examine the wider system around them. Together, we make priorities visible, test assumptions, organise complexity and create a common understanding of what needs to happen next.
My role is not to provide all the answers, but to help people find the answers that already exist within the organisation, connect them to action, and create the conditions for progress.
If you've never worked with someone like me beforeā¦
You don't need to be running a major transformation programme. You don't need to know the language of change management. You don't even need to think of your situation as a transformation challenge.
You might simply have a sense that:
the business feels harder to run than it used to
conversations with customers, partners, suppliers - even your audience or general networking chats - don't seem to lead anywhere
you're spending more time coordinating than delivering
you're not seeing the results you expected
opportunities are being identified, but not consistently acted upon
everyone cares, yet progress feels frustratingly difficult
Often, these don't look like transformation problems at first. They look like everyday management frustrations.
When that happens, I help leaders step back and understand what is really going on beneath the surface. Together, we make the work visible, organise complexity and connect intention to implementation. Sometimes that means working with strategy. Sometimes it means working with governance, delivery, readiness, operating models or change. The specific tools vary but the underlying purpose of Wrixle is consistent: helping people to transform ideas into reality.
