  • What do you mean by change, transformation, and innovation?

    Change is about making things work better, usually incrementally. Transformation is about rethinking how things work. Innovation is about doing something completely new, taking a bigger chance and a bigger risk in the doing. I work across all areas.

  • Do you specialise in any particular industries or business types?

    I work across sectors

    When I work with large businesses, I’m often brought in by private equity-backed businesses, regulated organisations (or businesses who supply to regulated industries), and acquisitive companies.

    I also work with founders and small teams who want to scale or sharpen their offer.

  • What’s the difference between interim support and project-based consulting?

    Interim support means I step into a leadership or delivery role for a defined period. Project-based consulting is more targeted—focused on a specific challenge, opportunity, or decision.

  • Do you have other members in your team?

    I work independently. If a project needs additional expertise, I can recommend trusted collaborators.

  • Can you work alongside our existing consultants or advisors?

    Yes. I often work in mixed teams and can slot into existing programmes or initiatives.

  • Do you offer remote or in-person support?

    Most of my work is remote, but I do travel for key sessions or milestones if needed.

  • How flexible are your engagements?

    Very. I tailor the approach to your needs—whether that’s a short diagnostic, a longer-term interim role, or something in between.

  • Are you insured?

    Yes. I hold professional indemnity and public & products liability insurance. If you need documentation for procurement or onboarding, just let me know.
